Marco Molteni wins GGH prize 2023 in Historical Finance

Congratulations to GloCoBank's Marco Molteni on winning the Georges Gallais-Hamonno Prize in Historical Finance 2023. The prize was awarded to Marco for his paper entitled 'Financial development, overbanking, and bank failures during the Great Depression: new evidence from Italy' - see prize announcement on LinkedIn.

The prize is awarded each year by the French Finance Association (AFFI) to honour the memory of its late president Professor Georges Gallais-Hamonno and is awarded to early career researchers for an original paper in Historical Finance, covering the fields of Financial Economics and Financial Markets in the Long Run.
